Day 31 - ON THE ROAD TO EDINBURGH

Spent most of the day driving to Edinburgh. We had a quick walk around Stratford again, then we were on the road by 10.45am.

Stopped at a services area for half an hour for lunch. Eventually arrived in Edinburgh at 6.30pm. Had thought about stopping for the night in Yorkshire somewhere but were making good time so decided to keep going. Spent quite a while on the M1 motorway but once we got off that, the scenery and views were fantastic.

Found a B & B and went off for dinner. Had to put Sharon to bed early as she did very well and drove the whole way with Kim navigating. A big day on the road.
