Day 24 - BRUGGE

Got up pretty late as (8.45am) Kim still talking about the price of last night’s dinner, I think that’s why she didn’t sleep very well, but the shower helped her with the changing of the colours (thank God). We headed off into town to do the walking tour. The weather is not that pleasant, quite cool at times, but when the sun did come out it got pretty hot.
Pretty town, small and not that many tourists.  We walked and walked, came across a windmill or 2.
Visited the chocolate museum, watched a demo on how to make praline choccys - still keen to try more chocolate (Kim) not so keen any more (Sharon). See photo of boy peeing chocolate - what every household should have!
Then on to lace museum where Sharon decided she was now going to be a Lacemaker if only her eye-sight was better.

Took a little canal trip - had to tip the captain even tho he was a little drony in his commentary! Not an over-excited individual!

Retail therapy followed - Sharon bought boots, Kim found the perfect pair except even tho' they were marked with the same size, the left boot was in fact a definite size smaller so had to forgo that purchase!
Bought our dinner from a little dairy cos we couldn't afford to eat at the overpriced 'think I'm a hot guy' places again!
Watched Coro on TV in the hotel!!
